EXHIBITIONS OF THE SERBIAN INSTITUTE

Since 2012, the Serbian Institute has been regularly preparing successful roll-up exhibitions on historical and cultural-historical topics, i.e. on topics in which it conducts research. Roll-ups, i.e. printed posters (dimensions 200 x 100 cm) can be folded (rolled) into a case where they are placed together with metal stands that hold the posters upright and stabilize them. Thanks to this format, exhibitions are easy to transport and quickly set up. Also, the poster format allows various topics of interest to be presented briefly and simply, but at the same time in an attractive way. Due to the aforementioned attributes, the exhibition can be displayed in any location at very low cost.

The roll-up exhibitions of the Serbian Institute are mostly bilingual, which is why they can also serve to present Serbian history and culture to members of the majority people, which can also be expected to have positive effects for the improvement of Serbian-Hungarian relations and the position of the Serbian national minority both locally and at the level of the entire country. Also, portability can help in showing the exhibition in Serbia, that is, in places where the topics presented are not sufficiently known, so the exhibition could also contribute to better connecting cross-border Serbs with Serbs in the home country.

In addition to roll-up exhibitions, the Institute also organizes photo exhibitions and reproduction exhibitions. The Institute is also a co-organizer and collaborator in large museum exhibitions on topics from history and cultural history, the history of art of Serbs in Hungary, etc.

Guest roll-up exhibitions, as well as photo exhibitions and reproduction exhibitions with presentations, can be ordered from the Institute.
