On the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the birth of Sava Popoivć Tekelije (1761-1842), the Serbian Institute has published a bilingual volume containing the chronology of the great Serbian benefactor, patriot and educator, as well as his most famous work, Tekelijanum, founded in 1838 in Pest. The publication of this beautifully illustrated volume was supported by the Secretariat for Culture of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, the Serbian Self-Government in Budapest and the Serbian Self-Government in Józefváros.

The volume cannot be purchased in bookstores. It can be rented from the Serbian Provincial Government (Budapest, V. district, Falk Miksa u. 3, 2nd floor) or from the Serbian Institute (Budapest, V. district, Veres Palne u. 19, 2nd floor – Tekelianum building).
